I'm sorry to hear that this wasn't noted in the documentation and I've sent this thread to the Product Management group so they can better understand your concern. So basically once an end user becomes familiar with a dree application they often tend to stick with it, rather than have to relearn some other application even if the other is a lot cheaper.
